The worst part of a delayed container is never the delay. It is not knowing. A client once told us about a previous transporter who went quiet for eleven hours. No call. No update. Just a driver somewhere between Rushoroza and Rwamagana with a phone that “was not reachable.” Turned out the truck was fine. Driver just did not think an update was necessary until he had something to report. By the time the driver called, the client had already called their customer twice with nothing to say. He switched transporters after that. Not because anything actually went wrong with the container, but because he never wants to spend eleven hours again not knowing if it did go wrong. Moving a container and don't want to spend eleven hours guessing? Talk to us. And see why East Africa's cargo moves when we move. www.balerstrucking.com Supply chain needs?
