Nobody schedules a seal check. It is not in the rate card. Not in the Transport Agreement. The goods owner does not ask for it, because most goods owners do not know it happens at all. Weighbridge queues at Mariakani, Mlolongo, Gilgil, and Webuye do not care what time we promised. KRA verification holds do not check anyone's calendar first. KWATOS goes down when it goes down. None of that is ours to control, and we do not pretend otherwise. What is ours: the seal number gets checked before the truck leaves Mombasa. Every time. Written down. Not because the devanning team at the destination will ask for it. They usually don't. They are just there to open the container once it arrives. Not because anyone's auditing our drivers mid-route. It is checked because that is the standard, and the standard does not get quieter just because no one is watching. Keeping your word to a customer gets you the next booking. Keeping your word to yourself is why the seal number is always right when someone finally does ask. That is the difference between a transport company that delivers containers, and one you stop thinking about because it just works. Some transporters wait to be asked. We already checked. Talk to us. And see why East Africa's cargo moves when we move. www.balerstrucking.com Supply chain needs? Email [email protected] Hotline: +254788445899
