Today we released our 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report, and we’re proud to report our best sustainability performance yet since our net-zero commitment in 2019. The report highlights why sustainability is integral to our corporate strategy, and how our teams continue to deliver meaningful progress across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities while sustaining profitable growth. Released today to recognize World Day for Safety and Health at Work, the report reinforces that strong performance is rooted in a safe, healthy, and empowered workforce. Here are a few highlights: ✅ Achieved a 36.9% absolute reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions from our 2019 baseline year- the largest to date since our net-zero commitment and a 45.8% reduction in emissions intensity ✅ Zero‑carbon energy sources now provide 41.1% of our company’s global electricity ✅ Completed more than 1.65 million safety observations, with a total recordable incident rate of 0.25 ✅ 1,000+ employees engaged across approximately 1,500 emissions‑reduction projects through our Carbon Out initiative ✅ Completed a record 856 life cycle assessments (LCAs), demonstrating a 52.9% increase year over year, helping customers better understand both the embedded emissions and operations (in use) emissions of our solutions These results reflect the collective efforts of our global teams to embed sustainability across our business and to advance outcomes for people, the planet, and our customers.
