We’re delighted to welcome Batch 9 of our Group Young Leaders Program (GYLP) Associates to the Bajaj Finserv Group.   GYLP program is a dynamic launchpad which empowers MBA graduates to immerse themselves in challenging projects across the diverse business functions within our Group Companies, working directly with senior leadership.   Their journey began with an immersive induction where our distinguished leaders shared their invaluable expertise, followed by insightful fireside chat with our CHROs and engaging interactions with senior GYLP associates, who shared their experiences and learnings from the program and helped navigate them in campus to corporate transition   To foster camaraderie and teamwork, the cohort then came together for an enriching Outbound Experiential Learning program, building connections that will support them throughout their corporate journey and beyond.   As they embark on their stints across the Group, we look forward to seeing them contribute to Bajaj Finserv emerging as a FinAI group by combining business excellence with the transformative potential of AI.   #GYLP #FutureLeaders #LeadershipDevelopment #YoungTalent #BSchools
