These were things only those closest to me knew. I finally shared—almost all at once—the experiences and realities of the profession I was originally trained for, worn down as it has been by my time in the #public sector, with precious Elif Gamze BOZO. I hope this reflection can serve as a catalyst for #disabled professionals at the beginning of their careers, as well as for those working with people with disabilities—especially #managers—to take responsibility by first questioning themselves and striving to create a more #inclusive work environment.
