ضمن برنامج القيادات الجامعية العراقية نحو التميز والاستدامة 2030 (الدورة الأولى – جامعة الموصل)، قدّم رئيس مركز بغداد للطاقة المتجددة والاستدامة (BRESC) الأستاذ محمد شاكر الدليمي عرضاً تقديمياً بعنوان: "حاضنات الأعمال والتكنولوجيا الخضراء في جامعة الموصل: استراتيجية الحوكمة التشاركية لتمكين الاقتصاد الأخضر في العراق والشراكة الاستثمارية مع القطاع الخاص الوطني". وسلّط العرض الضوء على أهمية دور الجامعات في دعم التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، وتعزيز منظومة الابتكار والاستدامة من خلال حاضنات الأعمال والتكنولوجيا الخضراء بوصفها منصات فاعلة لريادة الأعمال ونقل التكنولوجيا. كما تناول أهمية تبني الحوكمة التشاركية وبناء شراكات استثمارية مستدامة مع القطاع الخاص الوطني بما يسهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وتعزيز التنوع الاقتصادي، وتمكين المؤسسات الأكاديمية من الإسهام الفاعل في التنمية الاقتصادية والبيئية في العراق. وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار جهود مركز بغداد للطاقة المتجددة والاستدامة لدعم مسارات الاستدامة والاقتصاد الأخضر، ونشر ثقافة الابتكار، وتعزيز التعاون والتكامل بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والقطاعات التنموية المختلفة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في العراق. #bresc As part of the Iraqi University Leadership Program “Towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030” (First Cycle – University of Mosul), the President of Baghdad Renewable Energy and Sustainability Center (BRESC), Mr.Mohammed Shaker Al-Dulaimi, delivered a presentation entitled: “Business Incubators and Green Technology at the University of Mosul: A Strategy of Participatory Governance for Empowering the Green Economy in Iraq and Investment Partnerships with the National Private Sector.” The presentation highlighted the important role of universities in supporting the transition towards a green economy and strengthening the innovation and sustainability ecosystem through business incubators and green technology, as effective platforms for entrepreneurship and technology transfer. It also addressed the importance of adopting participatory governance and building sustainable investment partnerships with the national private sector, contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, enhancing economic diversification, and enabling academic institutions to actively contribute to economic and environmental development in Iraq. This participation comes as part of the efforts of the Baghdad Center for Renewable Energy and Sustainability to support sustainability and green economy pathways, promote a culture of innovation, and enhance cooperation and integration between academic institutions and various development sectors to achieve sustainable development in Iraq. #bresc
