Seamless collaboration — like a “la ola” wave. 🌊 This week, teams from BBNV, Aesculap, and Schölly came together for two intensive days to plan the next major product iteration of our robotic platform. Two days. Three organizations. One shared mission. The breadth of expertise is exceptional — robotics, navigation, visualization, instrumentation, and production, all under one roof. This enables a level of technology integration that truly addresses unmet customer needs with differentiating solutions. But competence alone doesn’t move mountains. What does? Culture. No silos. The project as the boss. Mutual trust. Giving help and receiving help. These aren’t values on a poster. They’re habits we’ve built over years. And when they click into place, when every function moves in sync like a well-oiled machine (or yes, a perfectly timed stadium wave 😄), something remarkable happens: Progress accelerates. And the work becomes genuinely joyful. 🕹️
