Up to £1 in every £4 spent heating our homes could be wasted, yet many households don’t know where to start.   Led by Hubbub the Thermal Detectives pilot in Bradford gave residents free access to thermal imaging cameras and practical advice to spot and fix heat loss.   Working with local partners and supported by Business in the Community, TSB Bank and B&Q, the project shows one thing clearly: trust and confidence drive action. At B&Q, this is part of a wider commitment to helping customers save energy and reduce bills.
