I am so excited to share this achievement! Over the past four months, I dedicated two to four hours twice a week to mastering leadership in Content Marketing. I pitched an idea to my team, “Let’s create a digital campaign for Pride month!” They said “Sure I trust you on this,” which probably meant we’ve never done this before so good luck 👍🏾 But, I took that trust seriously and signed up for this course the next day. I worked on the course and the campaign simultaneously, applying my weekly learnings directly to our project. The result was an incredibly successful and engaging campaign, with an average open rate of 49%—twice the industry standard. Completing the course and delivering a standout campaign felt amazing. My takeaway? Push yourself beyond your comfort zone and girl boss too close to the sun (and do it often). Thank you @ELVTR for an invaluable learning experience
