After a fantastic few years in the FCDO’s former HR Employee Experience team (a CIPD and Civil Service Awards-nominated team), I’m reflecting with gratitude on a role that has given me the opportunity to lead meaningful, people-focused work - shaping policies, strategies, and people plans. I’ve been privileged to travel and support change across a number of embassies and regions around the world, including Muscat, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Dakar, Kigali, and Mexico City, to name a few. These experiences and the people I’ve worked alongside have been truly invaluable. A huge thank you to my team and colleagues (too many to mention) for your support, collaboration, and shared commitment throughout this journey. Love always.
