📣 New Leadership Appointments at Ayvens As of 1 September 2026, three leadership appointments take effect across the Group, France and Italy. Jerome Conrad, currently Country Managing Director for Ayvens France, is appointed Group Sub-Regional Director at Group level. Philippe Valigny, currently Country Managing Director for Ayvens Italy, is appointed Country Managing Director in France. In Italy, Magdalena Majorowicz, currently Strategy, Transformation & Marketing Director, is appointed Country Managing Director. Together, they will report to Philippos Zagorianakos, Group Regional Director. These appointments reflect the strength of our leadership and the collective drive that continues to move Ayvens forward across all our markets.
