Electrification is entering a more demanding phase, where cost, real-life usage, and simplicity drive decisions. And #leasing is evolving accordingly, combining financing with services, data, and clear visibility on total cost. On the panel on the right powertrain mix for fleets, Matthew Walters added a very practical perspective: there’s no single path forward. What works depends on the use case, access to charging, and the level of confidence in the market, especially around residual values.
