We are pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Furniss as Chief People Officer at Ayvens, effective 1st of June 2026. Emma joins the Executive Committee and will report directly to Philippe de Rovira, Chief Executive Officer. With a strong international background in people strategy, organisational transformation, and leadership development, she brings a wealth of experience gained across global organisations. In this role, she will lead Ayvens’ global people strategy, supporting the continued evolution of our culture and talent development. She will play a key role in strengthening our culture of empowerment, accountability, performance and customer focus.
