What I’ve always felt is trust, and the chance to grow.” — Clara Santos This #InternationalWomensDay, we’re proud to share the story of Clara Santos, our Country Managing Director in Spain, whose journey reminds us that careers don’t need to follow a perfect line to be meaningful. Clara stepped into engineering when fewer women did, and later into mobility, a sector she didn’t fully know at first, but one that offered her space to learn, try, and move forward at her own pace. What helped her most was the people who believed in her, encouraged her, and opened doors when it mattered. In #mobility, there’s room to grow quickly, to experiment, and to build your own path, and at Ayvens, we want everyone to feel that this space belongs to them.
