New Chapter at KPN! I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new role as an AI Engineer in the Agentic AI team within the Network Service & Excellence (B2CS) department at KPN. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a DevOps Engineer in the SON, Performance Optimization team at KPN’s Network department. During this time, I designed and implemented solutions to optimize network performance, built automation that delivered efficiency and cost savings, and collaborated with stakeholders across teams. A big thank you to my colleagues in the network department (Erik Brands, Milorad Pantelic, Marleen Ouwens, Alex Slingerland, Hans de Ridder, Allard Bazel, van, Jeroen Keijsers) for the collaboration, support, and knowledge-sharing—it’s been an incredible learning journey with you all. You will always be my 1st KPN family. In my new role, I’ll be focusing on developing agentic AI frameworks and intelligent solutions that enhance automation, optimize network services and processes.
