I was glad to be part of a powerful session by Dan Swift - Founder & CEO of Numentum and the mind behind LinkedIn Sales Navigator, at the Ideals Prague SKO 2026. And it stayed with me long after the session ended. Not because of frameworks, but because of truth! Dan spoke about resilience and what it really means to be an Elite performer, not the glossy version, but the uncomfortable, earned kind. The kind that shows up when pressure is high, priorities shift, and doubt creeps in. One clear takeaway stood out: ✅ Elite performance isn’t talent. It’s behaviour. ✅ It’s built on: A growth mindset, believing performance improves through discipline, learning, and feedback ✅Consistency under pressure, doing the right things even when it’s hard ✅Self-protection , knowing when to pause instead of pushing yourself to breaking point ✅Openness to feedback, without defensiveness And then came a sharp reframing many of us need to hear: When we say “the buyer wasn’t engaged” and get emotional about it, an elite performer pauses and asks: 1. Did we set the right context before the call? 2. Did they know what to expect? 3. Did we lead with clear value? Because growth doesn’t come from blame. It comes from ownership. So the loop remains simple and powerful: Reflect. Adjust. Repeat. Thanks a lot Dan Swift for being a part of Ideals SKO 2026!
