What does digital marketing actually mean? I used to think it was just about posting content and being active online. But after spending the last 2 days learning it properly, my perspective has completely changed. Here’s how I now define it: Digital marketing is the process of building a strong online presence, setting clear goals, and achieving them using the right digital channels—while tracking everything through KPIs. What really stood out to me is that not all goals are the same. There are: • Brand perception goals → how people see and trust you • Customer acquisition goals → bringing in new users • SMART goals → specific, measurable, and time-bound targets For example, instead of saying: “I want to grow on Instagram” A better approach is: “Gain 500 followers in 30 days by posting 5 reels per week” That’s when things become measurable and real. My biggest takeaway so far: Digital marketing isn’t just creativity. It’s clarity, strategy, and consistent tracking. Still learning, but now focusing on applying this in real scenarios. #SEO #digitalmarketing
