As Aptiv Bursa, we completed a two-day Indirect Workload Analysis workshop on our Lean 2.0 journey. Thanks to Indirect Workload Analysis, we analyzed the workloads of our Indirect employees, analyzed their current state, and identified areas for improvement to streamline their daily work. We thank all teams who participated in this enjoyable and efficient workshop, where we defined action plans and implemented improvement plans for our Indirect areas. During Lean 2.0 Phase 3, we are integrating the lean approach into all areas of our plant and creating short-term and long-term improvement areas.
