Sürdürülebilirlik midir? son hız devam ediyor. Konu listesi sonsuz. Daha yeni başladık, ama şimdiden 18. bölüme ulaştık. Çünkü sürdürülebilirlik, yönetilmesi gereken o kadar geniş kapsamlı ve sınırsız bir kurumsal süreç ki...  Bu haftanın konusu ‘sosyal etki’...  Bu hem çok sevilen hem de aynı zamanda finansal sonuçlarla ilişkilendirilmesi zor olan konulardan birisi... Kendi içinde çok sayıda alt başlığı var. Bazı durumlarda ürün ve hizmetlerinizin sosyal etkisi de bu kapsamda yer alırken çalışanlarınızın bağlılığı ve sosyal refahına yaptığınız katkı da sosyal bir konudur. Bazen, işinizi etik bir şekilde yürütüp yürütmediğiniz sosyal etki kapsamında değerlendirilirken, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği gibi konular da sosyal etkinizin bir parçası olarak kabul edilir. Kısacası sosyal etki dediğimizde oldukça çok katmanlı ve stratejik bir konuyu ele aldığımızı söyleyebiliriz. Elbette bu konu için tek bir bölüm yeterli değil. İlerleyen bölümlerde detaylara gireceğiz. The list of topics is endless. We’re only just getting started, yet we’ve already reached 18 episodes. Because sustainability is such a vast and boundless process of corporate management... This week’s topic is ‘social impact’... It’s one of those topics that’s both much-loved and, at the same time, difficult to link to financial outcomes. It encompasses a multitude of subtopics within itself. The social impact of your products and services falls under this, as does the contribution you make towards your employees’ engagement and social well-being. Sometimes, whether you conduct your business ethically is assessed within the realm of social impact, whilst topics such as health and safety at work are also considered part of your social impact. In short, when we talk about social impact, we are dealing with a highly multi-layered and strategic issue. Naturally, a single section is not enough to cover this topic. We will go into detail more in the following sections.
