Normalize excellence, but always remember to celebrate it. Being in an environment where extraordinary achievement is treated as the baseline is inspiring, but taking a moment to be celebrated is deeply gratifying. Against all odds, I mastered it: Master of Medical Science with a major in Medical Management (Distinction). They say it takes a village, but it took a city to get me here, and I am looking forward to paying that support forward. I don’t know exactly what the future holds. It’s a mix of scary and incredibly exciting, but I know it involves bridging Strategy, Evidence & Implementation in health and life sciences and I’ll be doing plenty of bold, crazy things with this community behind me.
