What happened last week? As I look back on last week, I’m reminded once again that living and working in London means being part of a business environment where opportunities from very different geographies can meet at the same table. Technology companies remain a key priority for us. At the same time, London’s strength as a global hub allows trusted networks and experience to open doors across many sectors. A few highlights from the week: • Gazi Teknopark UK Market Access Trade Delegation As Gaziteknopark’s UK liaison office and partner, we continued finalising the UK Market Access Trade Delegation programme. The agenda is now taking shape for the incoming delegation, and I would like to recognise the Gaziteknopark team for their dedication and momentum ahead of London Tech Week. • Southeast Asia expansion for a Turkish scaleup We worked on the expansion of a successful Turkish scaleup into Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand through Singapore. The pitch deck we prepared was shared through our Singapore office network, helping the company reach the right people in the region. • Building a UK Türkiye bridge in residential real estate We made the necessary introductions for a UK residential real estate agency planning to establish a representative presence in Türkiye. After the bayram break, we will begin the groundwork for a liaison office designed to connect Türkiye with UK residential projects and bring new opportunities to Istanbul on a consistent basis. • A UK bakery brand exploring Türkiye We worked with a UK-origin bakery brand looking to enter the Turkish market through a franchise model. Our Türkiye team has already started activating the right connections across our network. • Fix and flip portfolio recommendations We curated up-to-date portfolio recommendations for investors looking to buy, renovate and resell properties across the UK, New York, Florida and Boston. • Expanding our immigration lawyer network We continued strengthening our network of immigration lawyers supporting residency and investor visa processes across Greece, Canada, the UK and other markets. A busy week, but a very productive one. Across all these conversations, the same point kept coming back: international growth is rarely about one introduction or one market. It is about building the right structure, the right partnerships and the right sequence. If any of these areas are relevant to what you are working on, feel free to reach out. #LondonTechWeek #UKTurkey #Gaziteknopark #CrossBorderInvestment #Scaleup #RealEstate #Franchise #Immigration #FixAndFlip #InvestUKPartners #SunaTerciWhite #SistemGlobal #GlobalExpansion #AylinAlkan
