Our senior leadership team continues to grow. We’re incredibly proud to announce the promotions of Karen Lowdon to Merchandising Director, Amad Durrani to E-commerce Director and Charlotte Morgan to Head of Design. Each of them has played an important role in AYBL's growth and has consistently shown the ownership, standards and ambition needed as we continue to scale. Karen has been with the business 3 years and has been instrumental in strengthening our merchandising function, bringing greater structure, commercial focus and leadership across the team. Amad has been with the business 4 years has continued to drive our e-commerce performance forward, helping shape the way our brands trade, grow and connect with customers globally. Charlotte has been with the business 5 years has played a key role in developing and elevating our design direction, helping bring our product vision to life across the group. These promotions are a reflection of their hard work, impact and the trust they have earned across the business. Congratulations Karen, Amad and Charlotte, very well deserved!
