🌿 Excited to share our latest publication! I'm pleased to share that our research 'Bio-mediated green synthesis of chitosan nanoparticles using Egyptian Sargassum latifolium: Box–Behnken design optimization and therapeutic evaluation' has been published in Food Hydrocolloids for Health (Elsevier), a Q1 journal with an Impact Factor of 5.4 and a CiteScore of 10.5 The study presents a sustainable nanotechnology approach that combines marine biotechnology with advanced formulation design using Sargassum latifolium collected from the Red Sea coast, we developed statistically optimized chitosan nanoparticles through a green dual-crosslinking strategy.  This work highlights the potential of marine-derived bioactive compounds and eco-friendly nanocarriers in developing next-generation therapeutic platforms. Grateful to my co-authors and collaborators for their valuable contributions to this research. 📄 Read the full article here: DOI:https://lnkd.in/dDGAEimg #MarineBiotechnology #Nanotechnology #GreenSynthesis #ChitosanNanoparticles #CancerResearch #AntimicrobialResistance #Antioxidants #DrugDelivery #Sargassum #ResearchPublication
