The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is using Draft One to help deputies spend less time behind a desk and more time serving their community. Every Draft One-generated report remains the deputy’s responsibility. AI-drafted reports, created from audio recorded by a deputy's body-worn camera, are carefully reviewed, edited and approved prior to submission, with built-in prompts to ensure accuracy of the final report. The responsible integration of AI in policing is creating new opportunities to support officers and strengthen the communities they serve.
