𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗔𝘅𝗺𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. This quarter, we’re recognising one of those people: Joyce Njeri, our Key Account Manager, Supply Chain. Joyce sits at the centre of nearly every shipment moving through Axmed’s platform. She anticipates issues before they arise, pushes back to protect quality and works late when critical deliveries are on the line. Joyce’s work helps ensure that quality-assured medicines land where they’re needed, reliably and efficiently. Much of Joyce's work happens behind the scenes. As one team member put it, Joyce is ‘the quiet force behind nearly every shipment we ship.’ Joyce is our first Axmate in the Spotlight Award recipient - a quarterly award celebrating impact, mission, and the people who bring both to life.
