We’re pleased to spotlight one of our team members, Bilal Rasheed, a Customer Service Trainee in London. He supports both customer enquiries and complaints as part of his day-to-day role with us. Since joining, he has progressed from learning the fundamentals of customer service to confidently handling more complex cases independently. We spoke with Bilal about his experience working at Axis CLC so far: 🌳How has the company supported your development? 💚 “I’ve felt well supported throughout, especially with training and regular feedback. Mike Fleming has been a great manager, he’s very supportive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help me improve. His guidance has really helped me grow both professionally and personally within the business.” ☎️ What do you do, and what do you enjoy most about your role? ❤️ “My role involves supporting customers with enquires and handling complaints, making sure each case is dealt with fairly and with empathy.
