Meet Jack O’Sullivan, a third year Electrical Apprentice, who is learning and growing at Axis CLC. Through his apprenticeship, he has been building hands-on experience across commercial and domestic projects while developing the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry. Here’s some answers of what he has said about his journey: 💙 How would you describe your experience at the company since you started? “My experience at Axis CLC has been amazing, I have got loads of different experience from all sorts of jobs.” 💖 How would you describe the company culture in three words? Organised. Hard-Working. Welcoming 💚 Are there any mentors or team members who have supported you along the way? Terry has always supported me, checked in weekly, and made sure everything is organised. Also, Gary has always supported me and taught me loads. He is always pushing me and giving me more responsibility.
