Soziales Engagement sichert gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt

Being back in Europe after travelling a few weeks in Asia through several countries I start to reflect more and more if our concerns here about naming and standing up for Diversity & Inclusion is not less than a home made „problem, issue“ here in Europe. Of cause not for all employers here but especially for US corporates or corporates with strong business in the US. These companies are also very active in Asia and have no fear and concerns to show their support in APAC for D&I. Very public, very loud. Why are some of our business leaders here so „weak, anxious“ to stand up for values created and built up for decades? Is that what employees make believe they are working for the right employer? I doubt it. Diversity & Inclusion is not a „nice to have“ but „must to have“! Don‘t be submissive - neither in business nor politics.
