The future is brighter and more inclusive. But it depends entirely on what we do today. Chiemi works in HR at AXA Japan. For the past four years, she's been driving LGBT+ inclusion across the organization, through AXA Pride Japan, an employee resource group that has grown to over 100 members since 2017. Her approach starts with small, visible actions. A rainbow sticker on a laptop. Showing up to events. Building allies one conversation at a time. "Taking small action every day makes a big difference." But she's clear about what makes inclusion sustainable: leadership commitment. When top management is visibly on board, people feel safe. Safe enough to be themselves at work. And the stakes are real. "If we stop acting for inclusion, the whole movement we've built over 40 years will stop." This Pride Month, we're proud to stand with Chiemi and everyone at AXA working to make our workplaces free from discrimination, harassment, and exclusion, where everyone feels safe and valued. #PrideMonth #LGBT+ #WeAreAXA #AXAJapan
