The most useful thing AI has done at AXA so far? It's made waiting less likely. Five teams. Five different domains, legal, claims, healthcare, catastrophe risk, geopolitics. One pattern: AI handling the part of the job that delays a decision or a response, so the person on the other end doesn't feel it. Not AI replacing judgment. AI removing friction.
