At this week’s AIAA Aviation Forum and H2-Aero Symposium, the message was clear: hydrogen aviation continues to move forward, even if the pace has shifted. Jose Rubio, P.Eng., PMP’s take: “The conversation has moved beyond concepts to real-world challenges, especially around liquid hydrogen fueling, boil-off, and system integration. There’s also strong activity in defense and UAV applications, and a growing focus on what it takes to actually deploy fuel cell systems, and the stack technologies that enable them.” In fuel cell aviation programs, weight, packaging, and system complexity are critical, with development teams focused on reducing these complexities without compromising performance. That’s where #AVLFCC comes in: designing, engineering, and testing fuel cell stacks tailored to meet the constraints head-on. Our Gen-1 PEM fuel cell stack delivers ~200 kW at the efficiency point, up to 310 kW peak power, with 5.6 kW/L volumetric power density – and a clear design path to 8 kW/kg – supporting simpler, lighter, more compact system designs.   If this is what you’re solving for, let’s talk ➡️ [email protected] Learn more about AVLFCC fuel cell stack development ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gTjFs2NA   #AVLFCC #HydrogenAviation #FuelCells #Aerospace #Hydrogen #AIAA #FuelCellStacks #AIAAAviation2026
