That’s a wrap on our time at MIPIM 2026! One of the biggest takeaways: our industry is learning to navigate through the noise. Mark E. Rose had the opportunity to sit down with CoStar, Business Immo, and Green Street to share his perspective on what’s shaping the market. As he noted, the optimism reflected in our Outlook 2026 stems from decades of experience navigating economic cycles - and we’re encouraged to see investment power beginning to return across markets. When asked how geopolitics and AI factor in, Mark shared that while investors aren’t shying away from opportunities, the real challenge has always been managing uncertainty. As an industry, we need clarity around the parameters we’re operating within. Rather than a threat, we're viewing AI as a tool that can help our industry work smarter. “We love it. AI is our friend.
