Avia Solutions Group’s Chief HR Officer, Inga Staniune, joined the panel at the recent 𝗛𝗥 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼 to discuss “𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲”. 🌍 Much like organizations all around the world, Avia Solutions Group has been implementing 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 across our 𝟭𝟴 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 and 𝟮𝟱𝟬+ 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, with key decisions being made on what we run with and what we pause on in such a regulated industry as aviation. 🤖 On this point, one of Inga’s key insights from her time at the HR World Summit was the concept of ‘𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴’. Inga commented, “Right now, organizations feel enormous pressure to move fast. To experiment, implement, and show progress. Technology is evolving quickly, and businesses are trying to keep up. Yet people adapt at a different pace. We need time to learn, to test, and to ask questions to build trust.” For Inga, slow rushing means moving with urgency, without losing people along the way. Not so slowly that we miss the opportunity, but not so fast that people feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or left behind. Inga continued, “Sustainable transformation is measured not only by how many tools or processes we launch, but by whether people can integrate those tools into their work in a way that feels 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹.”💡 #AviaSolutionsGroup #Aviation #HR #HRWorldSummit
