💯 Noureddine Hamri and Rémi Le Dru were recently at l'Hotel de la region des Pays de la Loire in Nantes to present a study on the modalities of connecting Offshore Green Hydrogen production sites to a transport network, study commissioned by NaTran and Lhyfe. The study included a technical comparison of different connection scenarios, a detailed economic assessment with full CAPEX estimates for each scenario - covering pipeline and structural procurement as well as installation campaign durations - and regulatory analysis addressing the legislative and administrative constrains associated with this type of large-scale project. This work is part of the ZIBaC “Loire Estuaire” initiative, led by the ADELE - Association Décarbonation Loire Estuaire and coordinated by NaTran and Lhyfe, ands it brings together industrial and institutional stakeholders. Recognized as a laureate of ADEME’s “Zones Industrielles Bas Carbone (ZIBaC)” call for projects under France 2030, the initiative contributes to national decarbonization objectives and the broader strategy for low-carbon industrial development. A big thank you to our Italian team, Daphnie Galvez and Daniela Morandi, for building a first-of-its-kind model dedicated to providing the most optimized routes for the different scenarios studied. Gratitude as well to the Croatian team, Tomislav Niksic, Franjo Miskovic, Franjo Krčalić, Luka Čuljat and Luka Bukvić, for delivering an excellent and detailed installation philosophy and pipeline sizing that was highly appreciated by the clients. These contributions were essential to predict both the costs and implementation timelines required for each scenario and zone, and we at AVENTA are very proud of our contribution to such a groundbreaking initiative. #ourfutureisblue #aventa #bluehydrogen #greenhydrogen #offshorewind #offshoreenergy #blueenergy #blueeconomy #energytransition #decarbonization #france2030 #zibac #innovation #sustainability #carboncapture #LHYFE #NaTran
