A great day of exchanges at RITEH Job.Fair 2026 in Rijeka. Last week, Patricia Sladin, HR & Administrative Manager, Luka Bukvić, Lead Engineer, and Matilda Prekpaljaj, Analysis Engineer, represented AVENTA at the event, meeting students and graduates interested in engineering, offshore energy, and international career opportunities. Throughout the day, our stand welcomed many visitors, creating the opportunity for insightful discussions about the industry, professional development, and the realities of working on offshore projects.
