I’m usually behind the scenes—helping others reach their goals. It’s work I do from the heart, and the real reward has always been seeing successful outcomes. But I’ll admit… being recognized for that work feels good. I entered a male-dominated space where expectations weren’t always in my favor. What I brought, however, was something just as valuable—a strong foundation in business, strategy, and development. There were assumptions about the level of athletes we’d attract. We’ve proven otherwise. Recently, multiple athletes from our agency were recruited by a 2x Super Bowl Champion. To me, that’s not a setback—it’s confirmation: Our eye for talent is elite. Our development model works. We don’t “buy” athletes. We build them—on and off the field—preparing them for success during their careers and long after.
