This week took us to Dublin, and Zero100's Off The Grid. 🇮🇪 On stage, our CEO Mats Hovland Vikse joined Wilhelm Ingo Kerl, CSCO of Amer Sports, for a fireside chat with Zero100's Jenna Fink on how resilience gets built across the whole supply chain. Three points from the conversation: • Wilhelm reframed the old triangle of cost, cash and service. It's still necessary, but it no longer sets anyone apart. What does is innovation, productivity and resilience, with sustainability running through all of it. • Mats picked up on resilience. It used to mean stocking up and planning for the worst. Now it's about adapting in real time, because as he put it, none of us really know what the next 12 months hold. • The warehouse can't sit off in its own box. It has to be part of the same connected system, feeding decisions and acting on them. Everyone agrees end-to-end is the goal. The hard part, as Wilhelm said, is that "you open that box and realize how complex it is." Progress comes from building those connections one at a time. Thanks to Zero100 for having us. 👏
