In the lab, it’s all about smelling, tasting, and refining - figuring out what’s missing, what direction a product should go, and which tiny adjustment will make the difference. Of course, it’s not all about creativity. Every trial needs to be documented, every formulation precisely defined. And because we work with extremely small quantities, even the tiniest trace of unwanted substances has to be carefully checked. But in the end, it’s exactly this mix of creativity, precision, and curiosity that makes my job so unique." 🔝
