How is your organisation responding to mandatory sustainability reporting across risk, finance and governance? ASIC and the Australian Accounting Standards Board are hosting a series of free, in‑person workshops designed as a practical starting point for entities at an early stage of their sustainability reporting journey. The workshops are particularly relevant for organisations preparing to commence mandatory sustainability reporting for financial years beginning on or after 1 July 2026. Employees, directors, shareholders, creditors, and owners or operators of small‑to‑medium businesses who want to strengthen their understanding of sustainability reporting fundamentals are strongly encouraged to attend. Participants will gain practical grounding in: • Introduction to climate science • Climate-related risks • Climate-related opportunities Workshops will be held across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth in May, with places limited.
