New Crime Statistics Agency figures show Victoria remains the national hotspot for retail crime.   In The Australian, Eli Greenblat reports the serious impact on frontline teams, including recent incidents at Coles Group, and reinforces why stronger protections are urgently needed through Workplace Protection Orders and dedicated retail crime responses.   “Victoria has unfortunately been the national hotspot for retail crime for a number of years which is why we are so focused on government and police action to protect retail workers and customers,” ARC CEO Christopher Rodwell said.
