Hitting 150 donations is no small milestone and for Ralph, it all started back in NZ as a simple way to give back. He now regularly donates plasma and platelets and yes, that tattoo is a fun combo of rock climbing, plasma donation and intravenous caffeine (iconic). Fresh ink? You can donate plasma straight after getting a tattoo, as long as it was done at a licensed studio in Australia.
