Throughout National Reconciliation Week 2026, Afford teams, clients, and communities across Australia came together to connect, learn, reflect, and celebrate.  Across homes, services, workplaces, and community spaces, people shared meals, created art together, gathered outdoors, watched films, and took part in activities that encouraged conversation and connection. These moments are part of Afford’s ongoing commitment to reconciliation and creating a more inclusive future for all Australians.   We are also continuing this journey through the development of Afford’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, building on the work and relationships already established through our Reflect RAP.  Thank you to everyone who helped make NRW 2026 such a meaningful week across Afford.  Pictured below from left to right at our NRW event at head office today are Afford RAP working group members Support Workers Tah-Lee Cavanaugh and Eseta Latu, Practice Implementation Specialist Ivy Clark and Chief People and Brand Officer Katelyn Barakat. #NRW2026
