There’s something powerful about taking the time to show up. During the past few weeks, our leadership team has been travelling across the country, meeting face-to-face with teams, listening to ideas, celebrating successes, and having honest conversations about the challenges too. Most recently, they visited our NSW Inclusive Employment Australia offices to personally thank our teams for the incredible work they do every day and to recognise their commitment to helping people achieve meaningful employment. Covering so much of the country is no small undertaking, but for our leadership team, these conversations matter. They know that genuine connection can't always happen through emails or video calls. Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is sit down together, listen and make people feel heard. The feedback from our teams has been overwhelmingly positive, with staff sharing how appreciated they felt simply by having the opportunity to talk openly, ask questions and know their voices matter. Thank you to everyone who welcomed our leaders into your workplaces. We're proud to be building an organisation where listening isn't just encouraged - it's lived. Here's a quick snap of just one of the visits - this one in Bankstown, Sydney.
