We’re proud to recognise our Q3 Recognition Award recipients, whose impact reflects the values and behaviours that shape how we work and how we show up for each other. Nia Pandoulis for embodying the value of connection by building a strong sense of belonging across the organisation. Nia has a natural ability to bring people together, create welcoming environments, and fostering positive, inclusive relationships that strengthen teams and culture. Amanda Richman for the business excellence in continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and driving meaningful progress. Amanda’s work reflects innovation, persistence and collaboration delivering improved ways of working and outcomes that support long‑term impact. A huge shout‑out to everyone nominated this quarter. We received nominations across our Values (Action, Curiosity, Authenticity, Connection and Empathy) and Business Excellence (Customer Centricity, Continuous Improvement, Change Agility and Opportunity & Risk). Each nomination highlighted people going above and beyond supporting colleagues, improving how we work, and delivering strong outcomes for customers and the organisation. The standard was incredibly high, and every nomination reflected the care, energy and impact of our people. Congratulations Nia and Amanda and thank you to everyone who keeps showing what great looks like! #Recognition #ValuesInAction #BusinessExcellence #CompanyCulture #AustralianEthical
