We’re proud to share the latest Industrial Inform project updates from across Western Australia — supporting local industry and regional growth. 🔹 Proquip – Forrestdale Construction is progressing well on Proquip Rental & Sales's new earthmoving equipment rental and sales branch. With site clearing, retaining walls, footings and structural steel largely complete, the project is tracking strongly toward handover in October 2026. 🔹 CJD Equipment – Albany In the Great Southern, works are underway on CJD Equipment's new workshop, warehouse and office facility. Retaining walls are complete, bulk earthworks are progressing, and in‑ground services are next, with handover expected in early 2027. 🔹 Birchmead Major milestones have been achieved at our Birchmead / Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia site, including completion of internal bunker walls, roof and wall cladding, civil works, and internal office fit‑out. Final works are underway, with handover anticipated this month.
