This is what real leadership looks like. Emirates Airlines made a huge profit of $5.2 billion in 2024–25. And what did they do? They gave their employees a bonus equal to 5 months of salary. Because they know success comes from the people who work hard every day. Now let’s look at many companies in North America & India They’re also making big profits— But instead of rewarding people, they’re firing them. This year alone, more than 150,000 tech workers have lost their jobs. That’s 3 times more than the same time last year. And many of those roles are being replaced by AI. So here’s something to think about: Profit is important, but people matter more. When companies take care of their people, their people take care of the company.
