A good #familyoffice conversation usually comes back to the same quiet question: what do you hold on to, and what do you have the courage to change. That question ran through #IFOS2026, Equalifi's 14th India Family Office #Summit which we were glad to partner with. First, a #thankyou to the #clients who joined us, and especially to those who shared such thoughtful views across the panels and fireside chats curated by the Equalifi team. The quality of the conversation said a great deal about the people in the room. Our Founder and CEO, Vishal Gada, spoke on family office and governance, with a clear thesis: good #governance is less about managing wealth than about managing the #relationships around it. Our Co-founder and Partner, Rutul Shah, chaired a #roundtable discussion on #Trust vs #Foundation vs #HoldingCompany, a live decision matrix that had an engaged attendees working through the choice in real time. Our Head of Markets, Kunal Janshali, moderated a #firesidechat on building a future-ready family office, a conversation that ranged from #AI-driven reporting to the more #human questions of #succession and what the #nexgen wants.
