Nearing the end of a chapter, and what a journey it has been! 🚀 After nearly 6 incredible years at AllDent Zahnzentrum, I have decided it is time to move on to a next challenge and will be leaving the group after the summer. Looking back, I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together. We transformed AllDent Zahnzentrum — which already possessed strong medical foundations and a clear concept — from a regional player with 4 clinics and ca. 400 employees into a national dental powerhouse with 20 clinics and more than 2.000 employees, delivering around 1 million dental treatments per year. And all of that achieved purely organically! But beyond the metrics and the milestones, what I will carry with me the most are the people I met along the way. Thank you to Castik Capital & Marc-Oliver Jauch, and AllDent's founders Dr. Dr. Ruben Stelzner and Dr. Matthias Stelzner for trusting me with this responsibility 6 years ago, despite me having zero prior experience in the healthcare sector. A special shoutout to Ivona Leventic —you have been an amazing colleague. Thank you for your endless patience and diligence in answering all my questions about AllDent and the #dental industry when I was just starting out. To the incredible teams I’ve had the privilege to lead and work with: - Steffen Albrecht and the #Finance team - Olivia Binz / Alexander Pfaus and the #Marketing team - Charles Maccarone and the #Recruiting team - Armon Biglari and the -small- #Procurement team - Christian M. and the #IT team I learned so much from all of you. You absolutely rock, and you should be immensely proud of what we achieved together! To our brilliant dentists and regional leads: you do an amazing job day in and day out.
