There are moments when you stop believing. When the sales won't move. When you hear it from the mouths of big CEOs: "Your product is exceptional, your brand is exceptional" ... and you go home thinking: so, what are we missing? I have to admit, at some point, I almost believed it was impossible to compete against the giants. I worked on the famous "letting go". Imagining what my life would look like without HASTKO. But it was too hard. People sometimes ask "How did you manage to keep holding on when it was so hard?" The truth is: it was harder to stop HASTKO than to keep going. We decided that if there was a glass ceiling, it was not because of the giants, the economic context, or any other excuse. It was because we hadn't found the way through it yet. So we turned around. We made radical decisions with Joséphine Bigo and Chris Booth. We found the best people, sometimes very far away. And it worked. 50% growth. Paris Fashion week. Three million euros raised. Sales doubling every month online. And America ahead of us. This moment, this growth, this plan ... I have been waiting for it for YEARS. And you know what? It feels exactly like I thought it would!
