Listening directly to the people who live in the buildings we clean. Lately we’ve been taking the time to meet with committees of the strata buildings where Realcorp provides common area cleaning, to hear feedback straight from the source, the residents and committee members themselves. Today I met with the chairperson of a premium apartment complex in Doncaster who shared something that genuinely made my day. They’d recently run an anonymous resident survey, and 50 out of 51 respondents strongly agreed that the facilities have exceptional cleaning. For him, this made the decision easy when it came to renewing our contract, and it’s a testament to the high-touch approach we take at Realcorp, including thorough onboarding of cleaners, ongoing supervision, GPS and geofence clock-ins and clock-outs, and systemised audits and customer relationship management.
